The company is led by Rafael Prieto and Cecilia Castorani, two passionate and dedicated professionals who bring a unique vision and an unwavering commitment to quality.

RAFAEL M. PRIETO / PRINCIPAL

Rafael is a certified General Contractor graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science.

He oversees all construction projects for Capri Building & Refinement. With over 25 years of experience managing custom residential and commercial projects, Rafael turns complex challenges into positive ones.

CECILIA CASTORANI / PRINCIPAL

Cecilia is an interior designer and project manager at Capri Building & Refinement.

She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is passionate about improving people's lives and our environment through creative and intentional design. Her experience on a wide variety of projects, from large to small, brings unique perspectives and design sensibilities to any construction project.
